Letter to Lodge Applicants

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for inquiring about our lodge accomodations. Attached is an application form, which includes a doctor's report to be filled out by your physician.

We currently have quite a waiting list for the lodge, but the application is scored and placed on the waiting list based on need and the urgency of the application to get suitable housing.

The rent rates vary from $795.00 to $929.00/month for residents who recieve Alberta Seniors' benefit. For residents who do not recieve Alberta Seniors' benefit, the rates vary from $945.00 to $1170.00/month, depending on the size of the room.

The rent includes all meals, snack, and weekly housekeeping. Cable TV is an additional $19.00/month. If you wish your personal laundry to be done by housekeeping, the cost is $20.00/month. Parking is available for residents who have vehicles for $5.00/month.

Services available at the lodge include a hair salon, podiatrist, manicurist, weekly church service, hearing aid specialist, and activities and entertainment as scheduled by our activity coordinator. You can also purchase stamps at the office and mail letters directly from the lodge.
